    I’m always in search for a good margherita pizza. For me, Italian food is better simple. I adore tomatoes and basil, and the two together is heaven for me…especially in pizza form.

    Pizzeria Libretto is a place that serves authentic Neapolitan pizza. Believe it or not, there are a set of guidelines, proposed by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, on how to make true Neapolitan pizza. Neapolitan pizza is supposed to be elasticy, and should be easily folded like a pamphlet (or libretto), hence the name Pizzeria Libretto.

    Libretto’s pizzas are baked quickly for 90 seconds in a 900 degree wood burning oven that was hand made in Naples by a 3rd generation pizza builder. Our pizzas came in less than 5 minutes of ordering, and I was not disappointed.
