    Dear restaurant,
    It seems to me that in order to maintain the standing as a restaurant as your designation you might want to consider the following tips:
    a) perhaps have the food in your kitchen coincide with the food on your menu
    b) heat
    c) heat in December
    d) consistent hours of operation, being open at 5:30pm on a Saturday is not unreasonable
