Starting the night are Human Bodies, a band without songs on their myspace but who have received great reviews from friends who have seen them. Including Lonely Vagabond who had this to say:

“That was a great set at The Piston. Dynamic, rhythmically driven indie rock, collective spirit, feel-good energy, aided by an uplifting horn section. A band that achieves a fine balance between musical chops and undeniable charm. Keep to your musical vision. "

Witchways West are in the middle slot for the night. This band came to me via a connection to the Archives. They play a brooding indie rock sound with hints of funk mixed throughout. Yet to see them live, this bill actually features three bands I will be seeing for the first time.

Closing are Parking Lot Special play an old school style of really catchy style of rock and pop. High energy and unabashedly fun. It is the type of music that if the bar is just full enough, and just tipsy enough it will be a helluva way to end one`s Weds night!
